Stonehenge Trustee Services understands your collection account is a serious and important matter to you. All homeowners referred to Stonehenge are encouraged to contact our office as soon as possible to discuss your account.

We communicate with you throughout the entire Collection Process ensuring all your questions are answered. Every opportunity is made available for you to work with us to resolve the delinquency though our flexible payment plans.  During the Collection Process, you will communicate to your designated Stonehenge Trustee directly.  

When your account is resolved, Stonehenge will coordinate with your Homeowners Association (HOA) or Management Company to place your account out of our office. If your account proceeds through the entire Collection Process, Stonehenge will work with you and your HOA to respectively close your account and work to a final conclusion maintaining dignity.

No collection account is ever unresolvable. Together— working with you—we can help resolve any delinquency.
